Senior Graphic Designer and Man Power Planning

Collaborate with the creative team to develop and deliver consistent brand and client visuals across digital platforms and offline events, while working with other divisions to create effective campaign solutions through design, social media, motion, WhatsApp blasts, print, and websites. Responsible for executing creative assets including retouching, color correction, and resizing, managing design requests from multiple divisions, and ensuring timely delivery. Also research design and campaign trends to share with the marketing team, while leading two Graphic Designers and one Motion Graphic Designer by creating key visuals, improving workflow efficiency, and contributing to manpower planning.
